Jumbo Black Raisins (Soyaki)
Our largest calibre, in two grades: Extra Large at 50–60 berries per 100g and Large at 100–120. A standard sultana runs 250–300 — so Extra Large is roughly 5× the piece size, Large roughly 2.5×. Because it comes from a dedicated cultivar rather than a seasonal size fraction, calibre stays consistent year to year and can be contracted annually. Shade-dried, no oil coating, no sulphur.
